What to include

For a schedule correction, send the page URL, the event or match, the currently displayed value, the proposed correction and a link to the organiser’s announcement. Screenshots can help explain a display problem, but a source link is needed before fixture data is changed.

Printing and PDF support

Include your operating system, browser, printer or PDF viewer, selected paper size, orientation and scale. If the problem occurs only in colour or ink-saving mode, mention that setting. We cannot remotely configure a printer, but reproducible layout defects can be corrected in the shared print template.

Response and correction process

Messages are reviewed according to urgency and available evidence. A confirmed data correction is applied to the shared record, followed by a site and PDF rebuild. We do not accept payment to alter a fixture status, hide a legitimate source caveat or present an unofficial schedule as confirmed.
