The hosting provider may process standard request data needed to deliver and secure the site, including IP address, time, requested URL, browser user agent, referring page and response status. We do not use this site to build personal interest profiles or sell visitor data.
Email contact
If you email us, we receive the address, message and any information you choose to include. We use it to answer the request, verify corrections, address rights enquiries or investigate technical problems. Do not send sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the request.
Cookies and local storage
The current static site does not set advertising, analytics or account cookies. Basic interface preferences may be held only in the current page session where required. If analytics or another service is introduced later, this policy and any required consent controls must be updated before deployment.
Downloads and external links
PDF downloads are served from the same site. Links to leagues, governing bodies and other official sources lead to independent websites with their own privacy practices. Their policies apply after you follow those links.
Retention and security
Routine hosting logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s operational policy. Email correspondence is kept only while it remains useful for support, correction history, legal compliance or legitimate record keeping. Reasonable technical controls include HTTPS, restrictive security headers and a content security policy.
Your choices
